I first went to Presbyterian Ladera and the receptionist was very rude so I left. Went to NextCare. I am extremely happy with my experience yesterday. Everybody was very professional. My concern was promptly addressed and diagnosed. Starting to feel so much better. Thank you everyone.
Wasn't very welcoming. I went in a couple Fridays ago and the receptionist was great and so was the first lady who took me to the room, but the one who actual spoke to me about my issue wasn't. One of her first questions was, "why did you come here instead of your primary doctor?" Well, let me tell you why. First, I don't have a primary doctor yet and second, I'm concerned with what my body is doing and I want to know what's going on with it so I can fix it, but hey, thanks for making me feel welcome �
I'm not sure how this place is still up and running. I had a horrible experience with Nextcare and a friend of mine had one too. They forget about patients, don't throughly explain their billing, and show no care for the client at all.
I always feel like I'm in the right place at NextCare Urgent Care. The waiting room has plenty of seating, so you don't have to sit right next to someone else who isn't feeling well. I am able to make an appointment, which really saves waiting time. They text when it's time to be there, too! Everyone in the facility is friendly and easy to work with. They seem genuinely concerned for my health and want me to feel better. I have an urgent care location closer to my home, but this one is my absolute favorite.
Went in for a sciatica issue that I had been dealing with for about 3 weeks - only waited about 30 min and the Dr. Could tell by looking at me what I needed and I was on my way! I had to pay more because my insurance is kinda weak, but I was treated well!
