I have visited this location in the past and was happy with the last visit. PROS: short wait time, friendliness of Nick Gray once taken back. I was at ease and super impressed with the immediate assessment by PA Christina Anne Belle. In addition to the "unknown" name of asst who gave me the shot as I am needle phobia. CON: Meliissa Valdez confused, un knowledgeable in my insurance, and unable to provide an explanation of benefits. She stated it was to confusing for her.
Great friendly staff , super customer service , we didn't have to wait that long to have Shelby seen , second time we have been here nothing but good things to say !
What a great experience and convenient always as you can pre book your appts.
I registered online and was in and out in 20 minutes. The people were really nice :)
