Have gone to west valley nextcare for years. Following a move, this was first time here. Excellent visit. The nextcare online appointment and text notices for when to come in make the long waits in the office a thing if the past. How refreshing. Staff were also prompt, cheerful and professional. Thank you!!
Went in on a Sunday with my son he severely dislocated his thumb he was in a significant amount of pain they took an x-ray and realized that they didn't want to take the chance of trying to pop it back in place so they immediately referred us down to the main hospital. My records were transferred they were ready for me and I didn't have to wait long in the emergency room to be seen by the Emergency Physician
Brought my daughter in with an ear ache. We were in and out in 20 minutes. They were friendly and listened. We will go again if we need to.
I would, without any hesitation, recommend the NextCare at Desert Ridge. I was able to book an appointment online and they text you the approximate time that you will be seen. That was great because I did not have to wait in the waiting room for long. The young ladies who helped check me in, take my vitals, and provide some of my care (Adilene, Jeannette, and Rosa) were polite and professional. I was evaluated by Ms. J. I was a walk in at this clinic. The young lady at check in was very nice and answered my questions. The wait was over an hour but have worked at an Urgent Care this time of year it wasn't to bad. I was taken back for my vitals then returned to the waiting room until a room was available. I saw Ryan Treat, FNP. He also was very nice and treated my illness with confidence.
