Not really sure what the point of making an appointment is. Waiting. And waiting. And no sign of seeing anyone within an hour or more of appointment time. Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t manage the process at all.
A place where people go to get seen when you’re sick doesn’t want sick patients inside. Is inconsiderate, has you wait outside in over 100 degree weather with no care. You make an appointment and still get seen 2 hours later. Wouldn’t recommend better off waiting at the ER for 6 hours then this careless place. Mike if he is even a manager is fakest person I’ve ever spoken with all they do is lie
RecommendedI am a retired family doc of 40 years’ experience and have provided many urgent care visits. NextCare’s set-up and J-D Michels, PA-C, in particular, are my ideal of an outstanding experience. The front-desk receptionist, and my intake nurse were most obliging and tolerant of this senior citizen, and other than the usual “waiting time”, this was a 5-STAR experience !! Highly recommended, and I will certainly return for my “urgent care” !! Many thanks !!! Paul Fetterly, MD
I scheduled an appointment and showed up and no one was in the office and the doors were locked during business hours. There was no signs posted that they are closed.

Bunch of liars in that place, then when you want to speak to a supervisor cause you catch them in lies and for being condescending , they want to threaten with calling the police and kicking you out... I'll be finding a way to report this place...
RecommendedLove this place ! They were so kind to me and took care of me and my situation very well. A long with that, they also listened to my thoughts and what’s been happening. Totally recommend! Loved the doctor.
RecommendedI recommend this place highly! The staff is great and it’s a nice facility! Not sure if I should let the secret out! I hardly waited at all before I got taken care of. A real plus, if you are hurt. Hoping I won’t be back soon, because that will mean I got hurt again. This will be my go to Urgent Care from here in out! I love this place, but especially the great people that work there! The doctor even let me take a picture with him.
