RecommendedAmber and Tara were so helpful and friendly today. I had this same issue back in December and went to a different Urgent Care. The treatment I received at Access Medical was much more thorough.
The staff there were very nice. I liked seeing my wait time on the screen.

RecommendedI arrived Saturday at 8 a.m. as soon as they opened. I think that is key!!! I got in almost immediately. Courtney was very courteous and efficient and completed the initial screening quickly. I was then put in a room and after a very brief time, was seen by Dr. Manju Agrawal. She was thorough and efficient and prescribed some meds which she said would be called in to my pharmacy. Definitely recommend going to St Johns Urgent Care over this place. My three year old and I waited for over an hour after the receptionist said she would get us checked in, people that got there after us started getting called back and I finally got up and asked what the deal was... the other receptionist went to look up my sons name and before she had a chance to say anything the receptionist beside her interrupted to let us know she failed to check us in. This is the second time I’ve come here and had an issue. Never again. Brought my daughter in with what I thought was a UTI and they said it was the flu. She had no output at all today and was constantly grabbing herself and crying in pain. They ran out of flu tests and told me to come back tomorrow. I left and went straight to the ER where she was diagnosed with a bladder infection and no flu.
