My father fell off a ladder and hurt his ankle. It was badly swollen and possibly broken. He called this place and asked them if they do X-rays, they told him they do and it would be a 45 minute wait. He was about 30 minutes away and asked if he could check in over the phone, but they said no. He drives the thirty minutes and when he arrives they tell him it will now be a two hour wait. Loved the clinic but their billing is horrible. Overcharged me by $319 and you have to call for refund. Calling is a nightmare and put on hold forever Said they can’t refund Unless you call them. What a racket. Will not be going back there due to overcharging and billing.
Went in for suspected high blood pressure. Lady at desk was rude, looked at my insurance card like I was nuts and said she couldn’t verify, despite the fact that it’s a major company! Made me wait to see if doc could even see me then said I’d have to pay $160, but she may not be able to treat me. I left, went to Walgreen’s where they saw me, checked my BP then called a nearby clinic for me to visit, where I got a script. Visit was $50 at other place w my insurance.
