When I walk in to this PrimaCare, the first thing that strikes me is how clean and quiet it is inside. The receptionist is always friendly, helpful, and very patient with us. I tell them upfront that my daughter is autistic with a low IQ. We’ve never had to wait terribly long in the waiting room. The nurse and the PA have always made us feel comfortable and safe. They are patient with my daughter and give me the time and space to help her cooperate. (i.e. helping her step onto and stand still on the scales.) We do have a PCP... read more

Had another cyst lanced and had to pack it. The V A has been ignoring it for 10 years but kept coming back. Sure making me question why I use the V A any more
My father fell off a ladder and hurt his ankle. It was badly swollen and possibly broken. He called this place and asked them if they do X-rays, they told him they do and it would be a 45 minute wait. He was about 30 minutes away and asked if he could check in over the phone, but they said no. He drives the thirty minutes and when he arrives they tell him it will now be a two hour wait. After waiting about 20 minutes they call him and tell him they will no longer be able to see him as the X-Ray machine is “broken”. I find it... read more
Lover's lane location, Dallas. Needed a work letter to determine for any restrictions. When I contacted them (next day after treatment) they asked that I return, pay for another visit just to get a letter. Incredible. If the doctor was unable to determine that during the examination, they he did a sloppy job, which makes his treatments/medications questionable. Not only unprofessional, but utterly unethical and unprofessional. Staff was confrontational and hostile.

Be more polite to the elderly when they come in and on the phone. This place was everything but urgent. 15 days and still no results. Where are you sending these to the lab at? CHINA?
Do not go here for Covid testing. They will not tell you until after the test is complete that it takes 7-12 business days for results. I took at at home test provided by labcorp that came back within 4 business days. I had a cousin also go to this clinic, they were told one time frame which changed after the test was given. Sadly, that tells me they only care about getting paid for the tests. If you're truly concerned about your results, go elsewhere.

Hello Paul, we try to tell every, patient before they are swabbed, what the turnaround time is. We do not get paid for the tests. We use Quest Laboratory and they are currently testing 55% of the patients across the United States.
