Doctor Verma impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism and her ability to make me feel calm during the doctor’s visit. The MA, Monica, who took my vitals and medical history was a true stand-out for her professionalism, friendliness and compassion. Picked my daughter up from a school event and went straight there. They got us checked in and seen asap. She felt horrible, but they were so sweet and engaging, she couldn't help but smile. They assessed her, swabbed her for flu (which she had), called in her prescriptions, and had us on our way so quickly, which I was so incredibly thankful for considering how badly she felt. Call Ahead is. Great option. They are fast and all of the staff is nice. Especially the nurse who checks vitals
Horrible. Used to be good. Last time I was there the restroom had no toilet paper. This time either. A man was sitting there forever, so he went to see what the deal was. The lady said she didn't have anything of him signing in. Maybe he didn't, idk. However being that I have worked front desk for many years, she was literally sitting directly across from him she could have asked what the deal was. PrimaCare on Eldorado has always been excellent treating issues I've had. Calling ahead...never a wait period. Dr Verna or Ryan are the BEST.
