I was at Plano PrimAcare on Alma. From check in to the back office staff and the PA I had excellent care. I always feel very comfortable at any primacare I go to, I know I will be taken care of and will get well soon
Living in a small town it was always tge go to place for our family.
The receptionist need to smile or be more nice to people, looks like she hates her job, but The Doctor and assistant were friendly and caring.
The lady in front desk was rude I hope don't back again I prefer Care now Mckenney
I was at the Plano Pkway Primacare yesterday and felt like they all really cared about my problems. My 3rd trip this year to PrimaCare (the other two were to the one on Alma). The one on Alma was pretty caring also. But I got a chest xray with this visit, and the physician was caring and understanding. From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone was great and helpful. Hope I don't have to go back, but if needed, I will be using this place again.
