Related to Primacare, 3304 Alma Dr., Plano, TX, 75023: I have found only good doctors and good staff in this clinic. I consulted this Wed. July 25, 2018 with Dr. Joan Le Pac, and she was wonderful. I was with a bad cold and now (about 40 hours later) I'm feeling much better. The nurse Allan and the front staff Laura were also great. My deep gratitude to all for the good care dedicated to me!
Great desk help (Sonya)... great assistant (Xavier) and doctor (Jessica?).... everyone friendly, professional and efficient!!! For hating to go to the doctor, it was a great experience!
I think if your going to have a PA on for shift it should be posted so we can make the decision to be seen.

The worst place to go when in pain. I sat in waiting room 45 minutes hurting. I was the only patient in there until another lady came in, waited 20 minutes and left. Oh yea, and I told them I had to pee, and I knew they would have to have a sample. They said wait until we find out. Well, 40 minutes into the wait, I gave up and went to the bathroom. So, when they asked for a sample, they got a drop. Right now, I’m hurting and mad �
I went to the clinic on Alma at Parker Rd Saturday with a fractured arm. Great staff!
My second review. Again in and out in a flash. Staff was great. PA listened and answered my questions. Even tho my co-pay is cheaper at my PCP this has become my first go to place. Thanks for your help!
I was at this Prima Care on Alma today. I was lucky enough to walk in the last minute before closing. The staff are wonderful and still taking good care of my son even I came in late. I went to this location couple of time when my family are sick. I do like their services and highly recommend to all for the PrimaCare @ Alma location.
