My household is no longer threatened by roaches migrating from the sewer (which is located at the corner of my home). I have not seen a live roach in my home since the day of my first treatment. I am eternally grateful to the staff of Next Generation. Definitely a â� â� â� â� â� business.
They were very professional and customer oriented.
Very professional. They arrived on time, did what they were supposed to do, showed me photos of the work done on the second story roof - which of course I can't see from the ground, LOL I would definitely hire them again.
If you need pest control, Next Generation is the company you need. They are super friendly, reliable, and honest. We were quoted $79. for our required service, but when the bill was charged it was for $70, thinking it was a mistake we called the company... But no, no mistake, our property is smaller than they anticipated. Awesome customer service! Thank you, Next Generation, see you next month.
