Unsafe child psych ER- children on CO but the staff eyes glued to their phones when they were not sleeping (literally snoring in the halls) MD gives 10 minute assessments “we will be back to talk”and just never returned. When asking for info the case manager/social worker actually yell at parents at nursing station- Resident/fellow/attending (?) Worst Emergency room ever!!!! I took my 2 year old in for a 104 fever and I waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting area for some tylenol that never came. They moved us to the inside only to wait another hour and 1/2 for it. When it finally came he threw it up and the nurse was going to get him a suppository and she never came back. I finally got pissed off and told her I was taking my son to NYU. Horrible staff and they don't care for children.

I almost lost my child and my wife to the incompetence at this hospital. It's just one giant baby mill. Go somewhere else where you'll get personal care.
