After two appointments, there was a miscommunication regarding the medication I was taking. A last-minute video consult was scheduled to discuss this, where Dr. Newton began the call from a heightened state (and that's putting it kindly) because his receptionist/nurse told him I said he "doesn't listen to me." DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. I was referred here from my PCP to facilitate Spravato treatment as a hopeful answer to my med resistant depression. The first clue that something was off was the office manager/receptionist's attitude. She was often rude and condescending for no reason other than her own insecurities. I have been seeing Dr. Newton for years and love him. However, the receptionist is very rude everytime I call or go in. She barely treats you like a person. It is almost worth finding a new Doctor.
