Food has really gone downhill. The quality is terrible, what happened! And the service...forget it

What a rip off. The food is terrible, and we had to wait an hour before we got it 🤢
Good food and atmosphere !
Service was very very slow. Several people came in after us, were served and left before we were served. When our food finally arrived two of the burgers were essentially raw, and the hummus and babaganoush was odd and grainy. Cannot recommend
expensive drinks. good service
Food was mediocre at best. When I asked if 20% “Service Charge” was gratuity, told not really because it goes to busboy etc. insinuating that I should add additional tip. Ridiculous.
Yesterday ...food was 3rd rate ...fish and chips ...fish horribly overcooked …..friendly staff though.
The food was horrible!! It was frozen food, microwaved per order . The Chef or cook needs to be fired! The chicken and waffles absolutely disgusting!! The waffle was dry, hard and cold. I definitely will NOT recommend this establishment to anyone!!
