RecommendedService and food was great. Don’t understand the issue with keeping the coin change that was owed back to me after charging me 20 % gratuity. Was told that thats the policy!!!!!! Apparently it’s done by other food establishments in the Miami area. Ridiculous
great service, food is okay but great views right on Ocean Drive
I do recommend them but.... last night, new years Eve, was fantastic. the best of everything, food, drinks and view of the fireworks etc. Went back for lunch today and firstly put at a table with no cutlery, plates or napkins, a waiter dropped a drink and out sprayed over several patrons including myself and no apologies were offered, verbal or otherwise, we had to go to another table, get a napkin, wipe down us and the table before someone came up and asked for our drink order: still no offer of apology. The staff didn't seem to want to be there. Very slow service. They would see our drinks empty and looked the other way and kept walking. All in all a very poor performance. And they wonder why they dont get tips. Very disappointed.
Cold meatballs, got my wife's order completely wrong, asked for sodas twice and they didn't come until we were done eating, wife's remade food didn't come until everyone else was done eating. Son's burger was cooked as ordered and fries were good was the only positive
Great place in South Beach
Server tried to rip us off, presented a credit card tab 5x the cost of what we ordered, pointed it out then he said he would cancel it and came back with a credit card tab the correct amount. Watch out folks! No food receipt both times either just a credit card tab to sign. That is a common rip off tactic that servers use so you don’t see that a service charge has already been added and so you double tip.
