I have stayed here before but this visit was terrible !!! I had to wait for over an hour past check in for my room to be ready. There was a hockey tournament and as a result they were clearly overbooked !! There were so many cots being delivered I don't think the staff could keep up with the demands. I feel for the staff put in this situation. The Hotel should not attempt to host events they can not provide for. It is a beautiful hotel on the Harbor. I enjoyed every moment there.
Rooms were dated but clean. Courteous staff but quite overpriced for what it is. Location is good- short walk to shops, mansions, etc.
Everyone from the front desk, to service staff, to wait-personnel was very friendly and helpful during our short stay here. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Great marina, we love the pool, dockage, location and convenience to our favorite watering holes! The food was delicious, service staff were great! Marina bathrooms could use some updating. We will be back!

This was the second time we stayed at the marina and I will say the first time was Much better then this time. Our 45 foot boat was put in a slip that had 20 some odd foot boats docked in these spaces. They put us up against the concreat wall over looking the parking lot. We had to keep our shade closed the whole time. And to make matters worse because of the angle of where the slip was and the size of our boat the end of the finger scratched the side of our boat.
