Worst Place Ever I will never go there again they said they would "work" on my AC but, instead they burnt my cars computer and a whole bunch of other switches in my car. All the service lights were on when I went to pick up my car. They refused to pay for all the damages they caused. I then had to bring my car to a dealership to pay even more money to fix the AC and everything else they broke.
great and honest people This shop is by far the best shop I've ever taken my car too. The last couple of months I have had multiple things go wrong with my car and they have bent over backwards to help me. one time they fixed a leaking pipe and they didn't even charge me for it.
I love Newman's Auto I LOVE them, Not only are they really good at what they do, they are very honest! They take their time explaining everything and their prices are the best in town!
Great Service! I have found that Newmans Auto Air is more than fair. They do QUALITY WORK and THEIR PRICES ARE FAR BELOW all the other shops I have used in the past. They work very hard to satisfy their customers and I am more than pleased with their service. Before taking your vehicle to any other shop, I suggest that you check with Rodney Newman for EXCELLENT SERVICE, service that you will be pleased with.
Timing Belt and Water pump service -- EXCELLENT Job I had Timing Belt and water pump service done 2 weeks ago for my Honda accord 1999 model. They did an EXCELLENT Job and the price is very competitive and Randy Jr. is very polite in answering stupid question and very friendly. I enquired couple of Place for the service to be done. What I feel is the price is very much low and the additional services you get at free of cost (They don??t charge).
Honest and Professional As far as my experience is concerned, I had AC work done by them, after a few months cold air was out, they checked it out and got it back in, didn't charge me. Another time, an AC part broke, honest as they were, they replaced it-no charge. On some minor adjustments or freon, they don't take advantage on the customers, instead, they did not charge to fill it in. A/C Expansion valve replacement Took my car into Newman's because the a/c was not cooling properly, it was cool but not cold especially in 100+ weather. Was diagnosed as being a A/C expansion valve took it in the next day and had it changed out. When I got there to pick up the car the a/c was still not cooling properly and there was grease on my dash, which I was not happy about. Consistency seems to be a problem I've had them do a number of different things to our family vehicles without incident, until recently. They've replaced electric window motors, done complete brake jobs, fixed minor electrical problems, repaired the AC, and subbed-out some suspension issues to a reputable shop. Recently, we had an AC issue in a SUV -- front vents were blowing warm air, while the rear vents were blowing ice cold air (keep in mind that ALL of the cold air in an auto AC unit comes from one compressor). Good for AC issues, bad for anything else. My family has been using Newman's for our auto air maintenence and repair for years. The service is usually top notch, and they give us the best quote in town. So when my car broke down right around the corner from their shop, I thought nothing of having them look at it.
