great and honest people This shop is by far the best shop I've ever taken my car too. The last couple of months I have had multiple things go wrong with my car and they have bent over backwards to help me. one time they fixed a leaking pipe and they didn't even charge me for it.
Worst Place Ever I will never go there again they said they would "work" on my AC but, instead they burnt my cars computer and a whole bunch of other switches in my car. All the service lights were on when I went to pick up my car. They refused to pay for all the damages they caused. I then had to bring my car to a dealership to pay even more money to fix the AC and everything else they broke.
BEST REPAIR SHOP BY FAR! Their customer waiting room is classic! They are obviously focused on your car or truck. Tucked away among the parts,old and new, is this crystal award for Best Repair Shop in Tallahassee...one of the voter awards for 2010 or something like that. They have fixed my Volvo, Yukon, Kia, Sable, Wagoneer, Taurus, BMW etc. I am a Dave Ramsey beater-buyer. Newmans makes it possible! Good for AC issues, bad for anything else. My family has been using Newman's for our auto air maintenence and repair for years. The service is usually top notch, and they give us the best quote in town. So when my car broke down right around the corner from their shop, I thought nothing of having them look at it. Unfortunately it was a problem that required several days of engine work. They kept calling me to come up and get my car, but it wasn't finished. Good - Quick and Fair I have older cars due to the economy. In the last year I have had an air conditioner repaired, radiator replaced, power steering pump, a timing belt in my truck replaced and a few other mechanical items repaired repaired. All were done quickly and at a fair price. The radiator was $250 less than the closest competitors. One was a franchise oil selling place, the other was parts store that does installations.
Saved the Day for our College Student This business is TOP NOTCH. Our daughter is a student at FSU. When her car broke down and had to be towed somewhere to be fixed we felt totally helpless as we live 300 miles away. Luckily the father of one of our daughter's friends recommended Newman's Auto. The car needed it's fuel pump repaired. Mr. Newman was able to disassemble the pump and replace only the needed parts thus saving us $$$$ from the high cost of a complete system. Timing Belt and Water pump service -- EXCELLENT Job I had Timing Belt and water pump service done 2 weeks ago for my Honda accord 1999 model. They did an EXCELLENT Job and the price is very competitive and Randy Jr. is very polite in answering stupid question and very friendly. I enquired couple of Place for the service to be done. What I feel is the price is very much low and the additional services you get at free of cost (They donât charge).
