I AM FURIOUS AT THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS CLUB. I WAS CONVINCED TO START AT TRIAL AT THE CLUB WHICH WAS TOO EASY, HOWEVER TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, IT HAS BEEN HEADACHES AND GAMES ALL AROUND. I FEEL IGNORED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED UNEXPECTEDLY AND GOT HIT WITH AN OVERDRAFT FEE BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS INCAPABLE OF CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP. I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED IMMEDIATELY.
Be careful of this place. Someone forced open my locker and stole money from my wallet. Too many sketchy people.
I would not recommend the kids swimming lessons because they are super unorganized. Trying to get a hold of someone in the swimming dept is basically impossible. Instructor would cancel at last minute without notice then my daughter would have different instructors so I don’t think my daughter really learned how she should of. I’m over them and I will not be returning for future swimming lessons.
