The absolute best radiology team in NYC! They take the time to get to know you and always make you feel comfortable. The team is accommodating and supportive when you need that helping hand!
Been here since 10:30am and my father still has not been seen. It is 12:40pm Arrive a half hour early just to be seen after your wait time. Hospitals may be inundated but stop overbooking. If you do arrive early they throw the fact you were asked to come in a half hour early. That statement would hold weight if appointments flowed semi on time. If you are sick and need urgent care do not come here they will have you waiting 6 plus hours and the front desk people got all the attitude in the world. If I could give a minus star I would
this hospital doesn't know how to bill the right people and no matter how much information you give them it never seems to be enough. they can't do business they can't find the information, the people, they don't know where their own hand is. such trash business can't believe this hospital is still somehow running
