Been here since 10:30am and my father still has not been seen. It is 12:40pm Arrive a half hour early just to be seen after your wait time. Hospitals may be inundated but stop overbooking. If you do arrive early they throw the fact you were asked to come in a half hour early. That statement would hold weight if appointments flowed semi on time.
