This dealership culture is one of the worst I've encountered in years. The sales "game" they play to hold the customer while they play the "game" of wearing you down is the worst. Disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional. Get emails and record the exchange so they can't lie about your experience. I will be sharing all this with the owner and corporate. Best car buying experience I have had, so far. I called them when we were 15 minutes out, with our ETA literally one minute before closing, and asked if they would wait for us, to look at a car. They legitimately seemed happy to help! It was raining by the time we arrived, so they had me drive the car into the garage to get a proper look at it.
