After an hour spent with Salesman William finding the truck that best fit my needs we sat down in one of their customer holding rooms to get down to the details. RecommendedHad the best experience with Chuck. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few options. Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Service department was extremely rude. Their system crashed so was u able to call or schedule and appointment. Drove from Ormond to drop off on my only day off. Was told no help getting home or rentals or even a loner for the day. Then advised it was my fault for not having an appointment. Quite a big circle. Sales manager was great and was willing to get me home. Waited for 2 hours after system got back online before getting a rental and they checked customers in that came after me.
