Bought a 2015 Chrysler 300s at the beginning of the year as a way to start the new year off with a newer car. I made an appointment & Went there for a “quick”oil change and tire rotation instead of driving to the Sanford dealership for my free oil change . Thinking it would save me some time and the fuel! Boy was I ever wrong!!! When I arrived ,my truck was taken right in to an empty bay and there it sat, and sat,and sat and sat.... We had a wonderful experience with Anthony Wagner as our salesman. He started out by bringing the Dodge Ram to our house since I had just gotten out of the hospital. He was fair and professional to deal with, and had the paperwork ready to go. We love the truck, we haven't had a Dodge before. There was only one setback, we had an issue with a dead battery a week or two after. We had to get a new battery, other than that, all was good.

If I could give zero stars I would. New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge...take my advice and stay away. They just made a deal with us for a car THEY DON’T HAVE...after driving over an hour in rush hour traffic to close the deal, OOPS we don’t have it. Their response...” we meant it’s at one of our 360 stores, not this one. Sorry you drove up here.” They texted literally one minute before we pulled in to say they don’t have it. BS! So glad I could leave my feed back. Horrible experience. Bought about 5 cars from them. Never had a problem before until this purchase. Went in yesterday bought a Jeep absolutely hate it. Went back within 24hrs and there’s nothing they can do for us. I know legally they don’t have to but as very loyal customers stupid me thought maybe they would help. Nope. I can buy my car back and trade in the new Jeep we just bought and be paying more. Way to go we won’t ever be back. Neither will anyone I can tell.

This was our 4 the vechicle from NSBRam and David Meeks has handled all of them. David is a knowledgeable professional that knows his product. I had studied the current crop of pickup trucks in my car magazines and knew I liked the 2019 Ram. David sold us on the Limited and tho we have only had it a short while we couldn’t be more pleased.
