RecommendedChef Paco makes creative and flavorful Mexican dishes. His moles are outstanding as is his chile nogado only available three months out of the year. The chef greets every customer that walks into his restaurant which is why I keep coming back...to see his smile, eat great food and hear his Oh My God! Oh and that skinny margarita 😉
