A friend who now lives in Oregon recommended we try New Rebozo and told us Chef Paco was incredible. Less than a week later, we went for a special occasion date and, well, I think we found our happy place! Chef Paco is incredibly gracious and his food is out of this world. Loved ,that we met the chef! Friendly staff and the Food was phenomenal!! Will definitely, be visiting a second time before I head back home to Puertorico.
Each time I have gone to New Rebozo, I have been delighted with the quality of the food and the creative cuisine. I went again tonight with an old foodie friend visiting from out of town. She also thought the food was very good.
Chef Paco makes it worth the trip

I just had one of Paco’s new appetizers. Of course I cannot describe it like he does, but it was lobster on top of a crisp outside, soft inside piece of bread with some type of sauce and a slice of avocado. I could have eaten 20. My husband had the enchiladas with Paco’s moles. A few new moles-white chocolate, berry, some pepper one. AMAZING! Top that off with Tres Leches cake. OMG!!!
The service is phenomenal. The food is fantastic. Chef Paco is so passionate about the food he prepares. It was an all around wonderful experience.
