Chef Paco is one of the happiest people i've ever met, he loves what he does and does it well. It's not cheap but it was worth every penny we paid.
New Rebozo is our favorite and best Mexican restaurant EVER. We have brought so many people there to introduce them to Chef Paco, Jose’ and Saoul. Took a cooking class that was sooo fun, and everything on the menu is spectacular. Best Mexican Restaurant in Chicago! I enjoyed every minute I was there. The main thing I loved was that the owner (Chef Paco) comes and greets you and takes his time to explain about his special dishes. This shows that he loves what he do and takes care of his clients. Omg!! �

Went for Cinco de Mayo and it was OMG delicious! We had the Barbacoa cinco de mayo and the cochinitas pibil. And of course the chocolate jalapeño ice cream! Chef Paco was so friendly and attentive. He wants everyone to have a beautiful experience. He makes everyone feel like they are a guest in his home. My second time there and will definitely be returning!
