The scheduling phone reps run the business,. They have little medical knowledge and they will not accommodate urgent matters. The doctors are great and give you instructions, but then when you try to get an appointment per the doctors' instructions, the scheduling monkeys refuse and give you a "first available" that is 6 weeks from now. I have had nothing but terrible care from the doctors in this group at their office at Winrock Plaza. I've had leg pain for eight months. I received a diagnosis of hip bursitis from my daughter's uncle who's an orthopedic surgeon but it was over the phone so he was guessing at what it could be. So I went to a hip specialist at this clinic on 7/6/22 and all he did was take X Rays and give me a shot in the Bursa. I saw him again on 10/6/22 to see if I could get a diagnosis but he had the shot in his hand when he came in the ro... read more
