Our son has been seeing Yichien Su for almost two years for speech. He was born with a genetic anomaly and has been diagnosed with ASD, in addition to bi-lateral Traumatic Brain injuries at birth. Doctors told us not to expect much and we'd have no idea of the impacts on his development. His development has been delayed across the board but up until he was 2 1/2, we were seeing some minor speech development. Then, it all stopped. We heard almost nothing seemingly coincident with his learning to walk. Our son has been in a few schools and is now in a specialized Autistic school. Their focus has been on PECS for communications.
