Erin Knight with new Hope therapy was supposed to be my therapist after a long time of needing help and finally convincing myself to reach out. I was disappointed to have my first meeting with her like her and realize that she is unprofessional and lacks communication. If you are looking for a therapist and you can be there at a scheduled time every time I think that she is a good listener just not meant for people who have deep issues or busy lives. We love Kelsey Huss! She does my OT and is amazing ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ patient and kind, takes her time, wonderful OT!!!
We have had a great experience with Arijiana and has been good for our daughter to have someone besides her parents to talk to after two major surgeries. She enjoys going to her weekly session and chatting about school, friends, France or whatever it may be that week’
My son absolutely loves his speech therapist, Alyssa. I feel so lucky we found such an amazing therapist for him.
My 3 year old daughter has recently started receiving speech and OT services at New Hope Healing in West Des Moines. We were able to get her in and start services immediately, twice a week without no wait list. The staff is super friendly and knows what they are doing. My daughter feels comfortable with her speech and OT therapists which was big for myself and her dad.
