Amazing all around. From reception to exit, as a new patient, I can honestly say I have never had better service than New Hartford Eye Associates. Dr. Bono was beyond superb!

Very professional staff making for a great experience! Doctor Waterman is very thorough and makes sure he explains everything! Also the business hours are perfect for the working individuals that can’t make appointments earlier in the day! I highly recommend New Hartford Eye Associates!

First visit yesterday was welcoming. All those that I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. My apt started right on time, and having Dr. Katie Bono was a great referral. She listened to my needs and took the time necessary to diagnose the best solution. Thank you for a first apt wonderful experience.
