Very disappointed with the follow up with a pair of sunglasses I ordered in September. I was charged the full amount for my sunglasses when I ordered them. I went in to pick out glasses for my daughter a few weeks later and they had my regular glasses but said my sunglasses were in shipment. Clearly not a problem as things are slower because of Covid. Then I went to pick up my daughters glasses a few more weeks later and was told the sunglasses were still in shipment. I called a few weeks later several times and left message... read more

RecommendedBrought my daughter here today for her first ever eye exam. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made my daughter feel comfortable and helped calm her nerves. Dr Katie Bono was wonderful with explaining everything so my daughter understood too.
Came for the first time today to see Dr. Bono who I used to see at a different eye practice. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and friendly faces that they have. I have always heard such great things and now I know why. Excellent customer service, upfront cost analysis and I never felt pressured or shamed for saying “no, not today.” Thank you so much for such a great experience. I am so happy I found you guys!

The girls are literally the sweetest and Dr. Sam Bono is so nice! I called them last week for an emergency and they got me right in to the office within the hour. You can tell they really care about their patients.. 10/10 Thank you guys for everything you do! 🥰

The staff are friendly, thorough and helpful. There is never a wait time.
Dr Bono is a sweetheart! She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions that you may have. All of the staff are great also.
