I was amazed that I was able to walk in and be seen right that moment. it was a minimum of a three month wait elsewhere. it happens that during my exam they found an issue and was referred to a specialist. I came to your office during the Open House Trunk Show. I fell in love with a Tiffany frame, but unfortunately it was cost prohibitive. Your office did not have other frames to look at that evening. All said I had a positive experience and have been referred to a needed specialist.
You all did a wonderful job in keeping "New Hartford Eye Associates"looking welcoming, the staff are very friendly & always ready to help! The doctors are very knowledgeable & ready to answer your questions! I would recommend 'New Hartford Eye Associates' to anyone looking for quality optometrist!
