I’ve been going to New Hartford Eye Associates for more than 10 years- I can’t say enough about Dr Waterman and all of the staff, from the front desk, to the technicians, to the eyeglass technicians- they are all top notch- the prices are reasonable as well as wait time. So glad I come here.
Dr. Kirkpatrick is very personable and takes time with you. Been going there forever and wouldn’t go any where else!!
Amazing service. Cant wait to get my glasses in! Dr. Sam was amazing also.

The staff is friendly. The technician's were helpful & Dr. Waterman was knowledgeable & accommodating ! I have already recommended this eye care center to several people.
Had an excellent first visit at NHEA! The level of technology combined with the knowledge and care of the doctors and associates makes for an impressive setup! I am glad I switched over to them after a few years of less than stellar eye care elsewhere in New Hartford
