On Saturday, we called for a second opinion visit for our 7 month old puppy, who had been experiencing severe nystagmus and imbalance. The reception staff was kind, prompt, and found our dog an appointment time that day. When we arrived, we were greeted with patience (and treats). Following, our puppy was treated by Dr. Gaw. He took the time to explain what our puppy was experiencing, what medication he was going to put her on, and how to best care for her as she recovered from her symptoms. Had an excellent visit with Dr. Harkins. She is very good with my pets, down to earth and has a great bedside manor. She put me at ease about my pets care and communicated very well about their treatment. I would recommend her to my friends, family, and my clients at work.
I was completely happy with this place until they unceremoniously stopped boarding. Dr Regner is fantastic, but they obviously don’t care about much more than money at this point.
Dr. Jamrosz is one in a million. I feel so fortunate to have him as our family vet.
Basically they are very caring when it comes to your pets needs and concerns.
I cannot Express how much respect and care I have for everybody there. having taken my pets there over the years, I know how much they care for them- as much as we do in the family. And having suffered two recent losses, I see how they are with you in that loss. I can't think of a better care facility for the furry members of your family.
