In our time of need with an emergency with our dog, New Hartford did not help us. They told us we needed an appointment, after calling their emergency line 3 times. Our dog was taken elsewhere and he needed medication, bloodwork, xrays and immediate attention for an infection, pancreatitis and an irritated bowel. We have put our full trust in another vet clinic to take the best care of our animals. We sadly could not rely on New Hartford in an emergency for our pets.

New Hartford Animal Hospital is always kind, courteous, and so efficient. I know that when I hand my fur baby over to the knowledgeable technicians and veterinarians she always receives the best care in a completely fear free environment. We went through a very difficult time from December 5, 2019 through March 9, 2020 with our precious boxer - Ms. Pearl. Ultimately we had to put Ms. Pearl down on Monday, March 9, 2020. We can not say enough about the care we experienced with The New Hartford Animal Hospital Team. We are especially grateful for Dr. Gaw and Trish who consistently eased our pain and guided us through a very difficult time. I love it here!! My dog, Remy and cat, Smokey are loved up and well taken care of when they go. From the girls up front, the techs and the Vet Dana, I definitely recommend NHAH! Very friendly and patient. I have been going here for almost 6 years. I will continue to bring my pets. Thanks to all that work there and enjoy your job! ❤ this is my Smokey today!
