The friendliest and most understanding staff anywhere! They know our little dogs get nervous and yappy and always make a point to soothe them and treat them like their own pets. Every visit is made less stressful by the good people working here. Feels like family. We love Dr. Sandy and so do our pups! I'm confident they're getting the best treatment and care available.
This place is the worst and so I doctor Albrecht. She said my cat had congestive heart failure on 12/23/15 took her for a second opinion, my cat DOES NOT have heart failure and has been fine ever since. They always forced me to sedate my poor cat every exam and thankfully the new place I go to doesn’t do that unless it’s necessary
I have recently been going to new Hartford animal Hospital. And Sunday, one of my dogs, Nina, woke up extremely sick. And after a frantic phone call they squeezed me in. Not charging me for an emergency visit. And just being the best staff ever. I hope you enjoyed your dozen donuts and munchkins today. They will love your fur babies as much as you do. They have always been there for Bo no matter what emergency we may have big or small. I am happy we made the switch to New Hartford Animal Hospital.

We took our leopard gecko here, one of the few places that will see exotic pets. We saw Dr. Sandy, she was so nice. She examined our gecko, then explained in detail what Flash's diagnosis was, what we had to do to bring Flash back to health. Dr. Sandy answered all of my questions, and wrote everything we discussed out for us to take home. Dr. Sandy & the vet tech took Flash out back to give her a warm soak (she was shedding) trimmed off her dead skin, and get a fecal sample to rule out parasites.
