They got my guinea pig in the same day that I called. They were very patient, friendly and professional. They took their time to decide what was wrong with Baelfire. The follow-up is a nice touch (they’re going to call on Monday to see how he is) and I appreciate the obvious care they have towards animals. They ladies at the front desk and the Dr.’s in the back were all great. The bill was even cheaper than I expected. Thank you!

Dr. Regner is the best! The staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. The hospital is always so clean and tidy!! I had sent a friend of mine here when she had an emergency rescue dog that nobody else would look at soon enough, including her regular vet and they got her in same day!! Very accommodating and caring!! It's nice to be able to bring all 3 of our puppies in at the same time, so convenient. They are going in to get their teeth cleaned in July and all 3 are going in, and 1 is being spayed. Excellent service!!
The doctors and staff are wonderful and compassionate.
It's been so hard for me to find a veterinarian who will see reptiles. Recently, my blue tongue skink was having issues, Dr. Murphy was able to see her ASAP. She gave me awesome advice and took great care of my scaley friend, not to mention the Vet Tech who helped us out was phenomenal as well! I live over an hour away, but will start bringing my more exotic animals to New Hartford Animal Hospital! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend!
Wonderful place. I have a special needs dog and we moved away. I’ve tried 3 other vet offices and none compare so I travel out there for appointments.
My Stewart went in for a teeth cleaning and ended up having a tumor removed from his belly. I will never be able to thank Dr. Gaw and everyone else who helped with Stewart enough. 💕💕. God Bless all of you, we are so blessed to have all of you💕. Everyone was so good to our Stewart 💕. He is a special boy to us. Thank you for the calls to see how Stewart was doing. Especially the call from Dr Gaw telling us the tumor was benign💕💕. Thank you so so much again💕💕 I will surely recommend New Hartford animal hospital!!!!
5 stars They are all absolutely amazing. I went and seen Dr. Regnar this morning and she made sure my baby boy was well taken care of. I couldn’t think of a better place to take my three,four legged animals
I just wanted to say what a fantastic practice this is they have to be the primer vet Oneida county top notch outfit thank you for being here. They spayed my puppy and she was treated like one of their own
