Took Diego on Sunday ! Yep they are open . What caring , wonderful staff ! They were honest and upfront about everything. The place is very clean and Sara that’s the receptionist was wonderful and through! I highly recommend them
the staff is great but over priced
they would not take my pet after they fell out a six story window without care credit or money. they should be able to bill later foe an emergency
They got rid of their best Vet several years ago, I haven’t been there since, but have had an experience with them being big mouths telling people things they have no business telling! There are definitely better places to go!

Do not, I repeat do not bring your turtles to these doctors. I had a beautiful pink bellied sideneck turtle who was sick with what they told me was a fungal infection. It took them almost 2 hours to determine the right dosage of medicine to give her. They gave her the first and only dosage of the medication that my baby received. I got home and set my baby on her basking rock and she never moved again . I came home from work later that night to my turtle being a dried up husk.
