Empty House Cleaning We've employed "New Century Maids" cleaning services to clean our newly purchased 3 bedroom town home in Oakville after previous owner moved out and two weeks prior we were to physically move in. We agreed to pay $450 for their service. Bi-weekly cleaning Excellent service and value. We have used new century maids for three months now and 5 cleanings. We hired them for on going bi-weekly house cleaning and we are completely satisfied with the service, the maids attitudes, and the overall value. I got quotes from 10 different companies and chose new century based on their price, the series package, the number of reviews, quality of reviews and service area....and, again, we definitely made the right choice.

Complete Clean Simply the best service we have ever received. From booking, to cleaning to invoice this was incredibly smooth. Excellent level of communication so we we never had to guess about anything. Quality was a solid 10 out 10 we had guests over and everyone was commenting about how "nice" our place looked.... I wish more businesses ran as well as these folks - totally impressed.

Post Construction Cleaning They did a great job with the post construction cleaning. The ladies were punctual and professional, and very quick. They got the job done in half the time that was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning service.

Quick and efficient cleaning Very quick, very efficient. I liked that the girls were knowledgeable and experienced they just started and didn't need to ask many questions. I liked that they brought all of their own cleaning supplies and tools. I was just working away on my own personal things while they worked and I didn't need to be interrupted for anything they are good at what they do. One time cleaning Horrible cleaning service done by new century maid. I made the mistake of not being there during the cleaning and paid in advance and came back to find the freezer completely untouched, fridge handle was still greasy, the floor was still so dirty to the point that my feet went black after walking on it barefooted. Very disappointed and will never hire again.

I remember speaking to you and you had mentioned that the freezer was not cleaned and a shelf in the den - when I asked if there was anything else you had stated that that was all and everything else was ok - we do have a 24 hour guarantee for all of our cleanings and would have sent the crew back to finish what was not done - as you had stated only the freezer and one shelf - you had mentioned that you had taken care of it.
Regular house cleaning I am always impressed and very happy when New Century Maids comes to my home to clean. Peace of Mind My family and I have hired New Century Maids to clean our elder Mother’s home. She cannot get around as well as she used to and needed help. Being very busy with a family of our own we could not always go to help her out. NCM does such a wonderful job cleaning our Mom’s home and they always make sure she is alright and ask her if there is anything more that they can help her with.
