I arrived to the office about 15 minutes late and I called ahead to let them know I would be running late and they said it was okay. I then waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I was taken back to get my cleaning. The dental hygienist said that she probably would not be doing my cleaning because I was more then 15 min late. On time service. Hygentist very concern about how I was feeling and I left feeling that a very through job had been accomplished
My experience was great! As always, my hygienist Lisa was the best. She has been maintaining my oral maintenance visits for over twenty years. Additionally, it was a pleasure to see my Dentist Dr. Levi, he does excellent work. This is my dental office for life.
Ahmed El-Mahrouky and two of his assistants, Ramona and I'm not sure of the other young lady's name. She knows who she is. They were all wonderful. I am a very scared patient. They talked me through it, even the doctor while he was working. Ramona had me holding her fingers which I'm sure I almost broke..lol. They were all so attentive to me. Thank all of you so very much.
She also very supportively of me explained to me the value of either regularly flossing or using a water pic and making sure I brush my teeth every night because the most plaque build-up happens during the night when food just stays settled around in the mouth. She made me feel motivated to try more to do good teethcleaning hygiene and take care of my teeth so as not to get gum disease.
I was expecting to see my hygienist Janet, but was told she no longer worked there. Being a fairly new patient, I was really impressed by her care. However the new hygienist provided great care as well and very attentive. I hope to continue care there for years to come.
The experience was real good.
I took my 2 year old son to get his teeth looked at. They took the time to look at them although they don't see children until the age of 3 (Thanks Tammy). The receptionist was very nice, and interacted with my child while we were in the waiting area. I ended up making myself an appointment as a new patient.
It was an excellent visit ... work was done beautifully.....I had the permanent bridge put in and it went very,very well ..Most of all ...No Pain...Shout out to the best Dentist in Town—You Rock Dr. Levy ......your whole office does great Dental work!!!
