After having my dog on high dose steroids for Over a year, they stopped calling. Last check up where they double dosed him with sedation I found out they didn't even do their check. They don't care about your animal, they care about charging you.
Our family recently went through the agonizing experiences of having our elderly cat euthanized. The compassion demonstrated by the entire staff was immensely appreciated by all of us. We received a sympathy card the following week and just yesterday received a letter from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine informing us of a donation made in our pet's name. I was referred to New Berlin by my retiring avian vet at Elmbrook. I called today for an apt for my senior cockatiel. They tell me they are NOT accepting new patients. What the hell? Thanks for nothing.
