RecommendedWe recently had to make the decision to put our cat to sleep and I couldn’t be more touched by the compassion shown by the doctors and staff at New Berlin Animal Hospital. We received her paw prints, a hand written sympathy card, and just today a letter arrived from UW veterinary hospital that a donation had been made in Chloe’s name. Particularly with all the challenges and accommodations required by COVID, these people did everything possible to make this experience sting a little less. Thank you.
I took my dog there today, and couldn't go inside as they had to pick up my dog from my car. My dog , a rescue, freaked out having to let her go and I wasn't allowed to go with her. I spent over an hour outside waiting to get my baby back and it was over 90° today. They grossly overcharged me at $350 + for allergy medicine. I will NEVER go back there now. The vet on duty called me 25 minutes prior to my baby being brought out to me and she said she will be out soon. 25 minutes later?????
I have been taking my pets, dogs and cats there since they opened. I love the doctors and the staff. They are so caring and all love animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 🦋
Merlyn my parrot, has been there twice. The team headed by Dr. Herman are sensitive, kind, professional... I could go on and on!!
I am more than grateful to Erin Coulliard who works at NB animal hospital and Dr. Matt for doing everything possible to make my very anxious Maya as comfortable as possible!! Without Erin, especially, it wouldn't have happened. Miss Maya found someone that she trusts, and that means the world to me.
We had to say goodbye to one of our best friends Friday. Dr Michelle and Susan came to our home. It was a caring loving experience assisted by these two wonderful people that helped Charlie, our 15+ y/o Snoodle, leave this world. Kindness, compassion, empathy.... are only a few of the words to describe this difficult experience that they helped with. We would recommend New Berlin Animal Hospital to anyone with pets.
Dr. Michelle and Staff are beyond amazing. No matter if it is for routine check ups, illness or time to say good bye they have your loved one's best interest in mind. By far the best animal hospital around.
Compassionate, complete, professional care for my fur babies. Feels like we are visiting friends every time we walk in. But, also a sense of confidence that whatever emergency we are facing- they’ll take care if it the best way possible.
