They are very good!! They do a thorough examination which I appreciate and take the time to answer any questions. They also talk to me like a human being! But they are pricey.
The New Berlin Animal Hospital has cared for our family pets and the pets of our extended family since the late 1970s. The vets are consistently caring and knowledgeable, compassionate and practical. We think the world of Dr. Peterson and Dr. Hermann, but have had consistently positive experiences with all the current doctors, as well as the vet techs and staff. Highest possible recommendation.
My family first starting going to NBAH in the early 70's with our first dog. Since then they have treated 2 other family pets, 4 of my own pets, and my sister's dog. I have recommended them many times to other people. Every person I recommended them to are still clients. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
Wonderful vet clinic! They always strive to take great care of my pets and always are able to accommodate for you and in times for those urgent matters! I would recommend New Berlin Animal Hospital to anyone!
