RecommendedWe were referred to new Berlin animal Hospital by our cats vet when he had some stomach issues. Our cat had to get surgery the day I took him in. My husband was out of town and I was so scared for our sweet kitty! The staff was nothing but helpful! We saw Dr Michelle. She helped me throw the whole process. Explained everything and made me feel at ease that our kitty would be fine! She was fantastic! A big thank you to Dr. Michelle and the team that stayed late today to operate on our dog Dagny. The team was awesome communicating with us the entire time as to what was going on and making sure to explain all of our options. Amazing to have people helping her that cared as much for her as we do.
Staff is very friendly. Gentle with their patients. Almost never wait more than ten minutes. I have never seen any staff have a grumpy day...very professional yet personable.
Dr. Andrea Sobon is a great Doctor and fantastic person. I come from Racine, Wisconsin just to see her.!!!
Little Miss Scarlett hasn’t been feeling well. I was glad they could squeeze us in. I’ve only had her a few days after putting my last dog down this week, so dealing with a sick pup was awful on top of that. They were totally thorough and kind. My last vet was just absolutely horrible to me for years. I’m so glad I didn’t go back to them and found this wonderful vet. I think I’m sold :) thank you for taking care of her!

You're going to be paying emergency room prices here, so next time I'll just take my pet to the emergency clinic.
