Worst apartments there are rats in the building inside and out, problems with the air conditioning for more than 2 years in heat with 4 children, they never fix nothing at the building, they steal your money and than want to throw you out of the apartment, the sewers are always broken, they have no professionalism, Ingrid y Annette are the worst people ever and they mistreat you and treat you like a dog or worse.
The discrimination is unbelievable and unbearable.
I also have termites and deal with spiders here and i moved in last year and requested a stove and still have not received one till this day
I’ve been living here with my family since 8th grade when we FIRST MOVED IN it was good no problems. As time went on things started to break down, mold started appearing, little family mice running around getting trapped and now TERMITES !!!!!! They need to hurry up and move US OUT because we haven’t stopped paying bills even since COVID started …
I honestly don't know why I see bad reviews here. I lived in two other apartments before this one and it was here that I started enjoying every night good sleep. Why will roaches infect an apartment if it's not already a mess. I never had that problem and neither with the management. Of course I was paying my bills on time so gave them no reason for problems. It's a good and secured place to live. I'm hoping it's not becoming too dirty outside as stated by someone
