They sell u the wrong part then tell u to go to the one Henderson which this one is in North Las Vegas. Then when u get to Henderson they tell u have to go back & get a credit from the one in North Las Vegas & they tell u no credit. It is the same company why all of the run around. We just need the part for the car. We will not be going back to this place again.

Lots of cars and trucks and very organized. The prices are fare .
Love going there. It's a big play place for adults. Finding things you need and more. Most of the time the works are nice. There is one or two need help in the people department.

The customer service is lacking. Knowledge on parts and cars is a must. Overall basic mechanic knowledge in various should be required to work there. Not just random honda facts. The prices are fare for what you get tho.
i have been there several times to pick parts for two of my vehicles,and I live 1800 miles from this place, they have a nice layout,prices are good on most items,some are over priced and they would rather scrap the part than make a deal on it after you picked it,the workers there are helpful and friendly though,that's why I go there
