Security needs proper training on inspecting bags prior to entering, went there with a typical mechanics tool box with my usual tools, fuses, broken parts (to find replacements) and ended up paying for everything I owned due to security saying it was not in there prior to my arrival, even when I presented receipts from autozone and oreilys stating I just purchased the fuses that were clearly brand new with the open packaged still in my tool box but according to the security I took them out of a old car along with the broken ... read more

Today at the Henderson location I wanted to buy 2 rims, but they had junk tires on them. I asked the cashier how to get them off and was told that they don't remove tires, that I have to remove them myself in the yard or have to pay for the rim and tire both. So instead of $25 each for a wheel it was $55 for per wheel with a garbage flat tire that I would have to pay to have dismounted and disposed of. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no.
