RecommendedAmazing staff from the check in to being triaged and Provider was very attentive didn’t feel rushed answered all my questions, check out process was easy and explained everything
I wanted to take a couple minutes to share my thoughts on my experience with Dr. F and his staff. First of all, I was a new patient that had never been seen before and when I called I was really sick—the receptionist asked me two questions: 1) what insurance do you have, and 2) how soon can you be here? I recommend anyone that wants to see a 5 star doctors office get in touch with them right away.
Appointment was at 2 didn’t get called back till 3:23 ,, I mean come on seriously.. no apology from the staff nothing letting us know why it’s taking so long for her appointment!! Till after I asked why it’s taking so long !! What’s the point of making appointments if you can’t abide by them !!
The staff was great from the first day I visited last week. I had been in search of a new primary provider and my experience was so good with Dr Tan that I just had to recommend my friends and family. Including my wife that as I write this is filling out her new patient paperwork.
This is the best place in town in my humble opinion. I've been with Dr. Fakhouri for years and have no plans of going anywhere else.
Amazing up to date facility with a staff and doctors who take their time and listen and resolve your concerns. Every time I am there I never feel rushed and they are not satisfied until you health is where it needs to be.
Nevada Family Cade and Wellness, has been my general practitioner since I’ve moved to Vegas and I can’t express how amazing they’ve been, the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and getting an appointment/wait times are the quickest I’ve experienced!! I highly recommend this office for all your healthcare needs!
Every one in the office is great, I recommend this family care center. On a scale of 1 to 5 they get an number 5!!!
Dr Fakhouri is awesome! He makes you feel comfortable, truly cares about his patients and wants to help.
