I’ve been coming here for ten years and never had a problem. I know the original doctors are gone and I think I know why. They are losing me and my family over $80 for an ultrasound that they lost and never reviewed with me. They refuse to wave the fee even though they lost the results. $80 is not a lot of money but it shows me that they don’t have common sense and they don’t value their customers or their time. It’s a shame because I liked this office.
RecommendedI just moved to Las Vegas in October and I needed a doctor for prescription refills. After searching the internet and yelp I found this place who was more than accommodating, nice and reasonable for a patient without insurance. The office is so clean and smells amazing when you walk in. You can tell that this office truly cares about their patients and doesn't just go through the process like most other doctors offices.
Have the help treat everyone the same Don't treat someone that is taking meds for pain different Pharmacies are the same way Doctors toke a oath to treat people that are I'll no matter what the circumstances I won't be back
I had my first visit and physical. From the wonderful service at check-in, to Dr Tan’s time with me to check out, this was a wonderful experience. I had a hard time finding a good clinic that was clean and the staff was great. I will definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends and anyone who moves here. Keep up the excellent work.
I can not express fully how incredible this office is. Dr. Udell has the best bedside manner you will find. The entire office staff is also friendly and warm.
Dr Tan at Nevada Family Care is a great Doctor. I was seen on time. Dr. Tan took the time to listen to my issues and efficiently solved them. Very nice practice. I highly recommend them

The attention and care that Dr. Fakhouri and his staff give is excellent! Both Dr. Fakhouri and assistant Kelly Rowe are always willing to listen, answer questions and take time to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied before I leave the office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient while maintaining patient privacy. Their offices is clean and very welcoming. It took me 10 years to finally find a good doctor here in the valley. I'm very grateful to doctor for Dr. Fakhouri, Kellys Rowe and his staff!
