First off the lack of bedside manner is incredible! Kelly Rowe came in didn’t do any sort of exam (that should be performed at a routine checkup). I have a heart condition and chronic ear problems she didn’t look at either. I got bloodwork done as ordered by Kelly Rowe. The results came in on a Friday. I called the office because my numbers were out of the norm. When I called I asked if I should stop taking the supplement I was on (possibly a vitamin overdose). Always at least 45 minutes behind..rude and incompetent front desk staff.. I will be changing doctors ASAP.
Today was my first visit, the staff was very Attentive to their patients including myself. The wait was minimal which is a huge plus. Marlina Robinson is just the best! She lets you know that you and your heath is important and not just a number. I did not feel rushed she made sure she covered all of my concerns Im so thankful bro be her patient!

Great office staff! It’s always super easy to get in to see Dr. Francis Tan. The girls there are very nice. Fast check out and my prescriptions are always on point.
This office has a great staff. There is never a long wait time and appointments are easy to make. Kelly Rowe has helped make a big difference in my everyday well being.
