Was receptive to my concern, listened to me, discussed options, payments and also constantly asked if I was doing okay! Great service from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist! Excellent!
Office staff friendly and efficient. Dental assts pleasant, efficient, and professional. Dr. Very layed-back and easy to talk to. Explained everything that was going on and allowed plenty of time for questions, with good explanations. Hygienist pleasant and efficient.
I was surprised that I was worked in immediately due to the nature of my emergency. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is such a great experience to walk in and walk out the same day with a permanent crown, thanks to the technology the dentists have. Dr. Heideman did a fabulous job matching my new crown to my other teeth. Great office...Dr. Heideman is very good about explaining everything in very simple terms and walking you through every step of the treatment plan.
I have had problems with my gums bleeding most of my life - Katie has been the first hygienist I have met that discussed what we can do to get them to healthy. Over the past two years she has been fantastic, and she cares about me and my health - not just the single appointment. Needless to day my bleeding problems are significantly diminished - and I am committed to staying with the office that has been so helpful for me!
